Delete your account in the app
Kidney Companion provides an account-deletion option within the app. Use that option to initiate deletion of your account.
If you cannot access the app
Contact us at support@kidneycompanion.app and request account deletion. To help us locate the correct account, send the request from the email address associated with your Kidney Companion account when possible.
What happens to your data
When an account is deleted, AGZ Ventures LLC deletes or de-identifies personal information associated with that account unless limited retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or another legitimate purpose permitted by law.
Deleting the Kidney Companion application from your device does not automatically delete your account. If you have an active subscription through Apple or Google, account deletion may not automatically cancel that subscription; manage subscriptions through the applicable app-store account settings.
